In September 2024, Xinxiang Rongsheng Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd. made another major technological advancement with the official launch of its brand-new flat screen printing production line. This new addition not only enhances the company's production capacity but also demonstrates Rongsheng's leadership in textile industry innovation.

Founded in 2006, Xinxiang Rongsheng Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd. is located in the Xinxiang Textile Industrial Park in Henan Province. Covering an area of 100 acres, the company specializes in a variety of printing and dyeing processes, including rotary screen printing for velvet, flat screen printing, cold pad-batch dyeing, long car dyeing, and high-temperature vat dyeing. With an annual production capacity of 60 million meters, Rongsheng employs 150 to 450 experienced professionals, ensuring the stability and efficiency of its operations.

The newly introduced flat screen printing line is characterized by high precision and automation, maximizing the flexibility and environmental sustainability of the printing process. Rongsheng can offer rotary screen printing services with up to 12 color sets, with a maximum width of 165 cm. Dyeing weights range from 90 gsm to 300 gsm, accommodating various textile requirements. Additionally, the new flat screen printing line has a repeat size of 2 meters by 1 meter, catering to the demand for large-sized patterns and special printing techniques.

Technological Upgrades Support Green Manufacturing

Amid increasing environmental protection regulations, Rongsheng Printing & Dyeing is actively embracing green manufacturing practices by utilizing eco-friendly reactive dyes, significantly reducing the environmental impact of the dyeing process.
